Your books stay on your phone — there is no account and no cloud.
iRead 可以完全离线使用吗?Does iRead work completely offline?
可以。阅读、朗读和整个书库都不需要网络。只有两件事要联网:下载可选的神经语音模型(一次),以及购买 iRead Pro。语音下载好之后,开飞行模式也能听书。Yes. Reading, narration and your whole library work with no internet connection. Only two things ever need the network: downloading an optional neural voice model (once) and purchasing iRead Pro. After a voice is downloaded, narration works in airplane mode.

支持哪些格式?Which file formats does iRead support?
TXT EPUB MOBI PDF。其中 PDF 按原版面渲染,不支持朗读;带 DRM 加密的书打不开。官网附带免费的浏览器端 PDF→EPUB 工具——想听 PDF,先转换即可。TXT EPUB MOBI PDF. PDFs render as fixed pages and cannot be narrated, and DRM-protected books cannot be opened. A free in-browser PDF-to-EPUB tool is included — if you want a PDF read aloud, convert it first.
对中文书的支持怎么样?How well does iRead handle Chinese books?
中文是 iRead 的重点。TXT 自动识别 GB18030 等中文编码,章节识别懂「第X章」式标题,中英混排的书会按每一章的语言自动换用合适的声音,应用界面本身也有中文。Chinese support is a core focus. TXT files auto-detect Chinese encodings such as GB18030, chapter detection understands 第X章-style headings, mixed-language books switch voices to match each chapter's language, and the app itself is available in Chinese.
怎么把书导入 iRead?How do I get my books into iRead?
三种方式:从手机的文件里直接导入;在电脑浏览器里通过 Wi-Fi 把书发到手机——不用数据线,也不经过云盘;或者先用免费的 PDF→EPUB 工具转换再导入。Three ways: import directly from your phone's files; send books from your computer's browser over Wi-Fi, with no cable and no cloud; or convert a PDF with the free PDF-to-EPUB tool first.
需要注册账号吗?有广告吗?Do I need an account? Are there ads?
不需要账号,也没有广告。书和阅读记录只存在设备上,不会被上传;备份是导出成一个文件,由你自己保管。No account, no ads. Your books and reading activity stay on the device and are never uploaded; backups are exported as a single file that you keep.
能在 Android 和 iPhone 之间迁移吗?Can I move my library between Android and iPhone?
